I personally love a few blend of aromatherapy massage oil that I hope to share with you. Before that, I would recommend you to buy and use only high quality essential oils for aromatherapy. The highest quality of essential oils are either extracted from the organic or the wild grow type of plants only, and they will show you extreme effective result in treatment. Organic and wild grow plants extracted essential oils are always my only choice for my aromatherapy treatment to client and use in classes for my students lesson. I have provided some basic aromatherapy blend recipes below with several type of essential oils that you would want to try and add on to your household first aid kit.   
  
Remark: I have indicated the contraindication follow by the each recipe of what do you need to be considered and who should avoid to use the following recipe for safety purposes. Safety as priority so pregnant women and baby under 3 years old are not advisable to use any essential oils in our practice.



Muscle Pain and Stiffness Massage Oil

If you are having muscle pain and stiffness, and you are looking for alternative solution, you may try these recipes.

<<Option 1>>
Aromatherapy blend
Peppermint oil @ 2 drops
Lavender oil @ 6 drops
Rosemary oil @ 3 drops 

Vegetable oil @ 30ml

Contra-indicaton : High-blood pressure is not recommended with this recipe that containing rosemary oil.

Aromatherapy Blend
Lemongrass oil @ 3 drops
Lemon oil @ 5 drops
Marjoram oil @ 4 drops

Vegetable oil @ 30ml  

Contra-indication : Avoid sun bath after apply this massage oil. Because citrus oil is use in the recipe.






Relaxing Massage Oil

You may love to enjoy a relaxing massage with a pleasant plus stress release aromatherapy oil that helps to sooth your mind and exhausted body after a long day work. Why not try these recipes for your options.

Aromatherapy Blend
Grapefruit oil @ 4 drops
Petitgrain oil @ 4 drops
Vertiver oil @ 3 drops

Vegetable oil @ 30ml

Contra-indication : Avoid sun bath after apply this massage oil. Because citrus oil is use in the recipe.

Aromatherapy Blend
Lavender oil @ 7 drops
Bergamot oil @ 4 drops  
Ylang Ylang oil @ 2 drops

Vegetable oil @ 30ml

Contra-indication: Avoid sun bath after apply this massage oil. Because citrus oil is use in the recipe.







Sleep Well Massage Oil

If you are having light insomnia problem, light sleep or broken sleep why not try these recipes to help you sleep well.

Aromatherapy Blend
Roman Chamomile oil @ 3 drops
Lavender oil @ 7 drops
Marjoram oil @ 4 drops

Vegetable oil @ 30ml

<<Option 2>>

Aromatherapy Blend
Clary Sage oil @ 5 drops
Marjoram oil @ 6 drops
Roman Chamomile oil @ 2 drops

Vegetable oil @ 30ml



Note: Vegetable oils option for making body massage oil includes Coconut (Fractionated) oil, Jojoba oil, Castor oil (max 5% only), Sweet Almond Oil, Grapeseed oil and Apricot Kernel oil. You can mix up to maximum 3 different vegetable oils in your preference percentage for 30ml.
