In my
personal experienced, I used to have travel sickness since I was very young and
I cannot travel in any transport. However, I can only take transport with open window that
makes me feel slightly better because of the open air. I have discovered that travel sickness has become
non-obvious as I was gradually grown up. But I sometime will still suffer with travel sickness when I am taking plane.
One day,
when I am making my trip to go to London for further my study, I was first encountered
the aromatherapy that really relief my travel sickness problem. I was totally
loss of appetite and feeling extreme uncomfortable and even have the feeling of vomit after
the plane has took off. In fact, without much knowledge about essential oil during that
time, I have just simply picked a bottle of essential oil and insert it into my
hand carry bag before leaving to the airport, and it was “Peppermint oil”.
Praise be to
God, a sudden reminder to my mind that I have a bottle of essential oil in my
hand carry bag! So I am thinking in my mind “why not give it a try”. So I took
out the peppermint oil and have dripped only one drop on each side of the
collar, by inhaling the peppermint aroma for about a few minutes. My stomach
started to feel the gases moving and then it was excreted out from my stomach.
After a
while, the symptom of bloating in my stomach was totally gone and I do not feel
dizzy anymore. Since that experience, I am now always wanted to have a bottle
of peppermint oil to be carried with me while I am travelling.
Note: Travel
sickness can be happened when you are traveling in any transport. The
